Summary
We are continuing to experience a service disruption caused by an ongoing issue with Microsoft Azure Front Door, the external service that routes user traffic to our platform.
This remains a Microsoft-side issue, and their engineering team is still investigating. Current evidence suggests the impact is mainly affecting users in Europe and the UK.
Impact
- Some users in Europe and the UK are unable to access the platform
- Users outside these regions appear largely unaffected
The root cause remains with Microsoft Azure’s Front Door infrastructure.
